If you told me last Saturday that I would be buying a house under asking (in this market) and selling my house over asking all in the same week, I would have laughed at you. Well Patti did it! She helped us every step of the way. Bought our house Sunday night, put our house up Thursday at 1pm sold our house Friday at 930pm. Yes, buying and selling a house in the same week is stressful, but Patti made it painless. She was available when we had questions, we never had to wait for an answer. She rolled up her sleeves and helped us stage. Our house looked better than the CHEO dream home did! Then on Thursday, hours after being listed, the multiple offers started to roll in. Poor Patti didn’t get a break on Friday. I always thought I could sell my own house with out a realtor.... now I know I CANNOT, and never ever will do it again without Patti. If you’re wondering if you should call Patti, this is your sign!
