If you told me last Saturday that I would be buying a house under asking (in this market) and selling my house over asking all in the same week, I would have laughed at you. Well Patti did it! She helped us every step of the way. Bought our house Sunday night, put our house up Thursday at 1pm sold our house Friday at 930pm. Yes, buying and selling a house in the same week is stressful, but Patti made it painless. She was available when we had questions, we never had to wait for an answer.
